Nothing screams Valentine's Day like this ballroom on Toronto's West side. Palais Royale is an historic venue that features an elegant dance floor, plenty of parking, wheelchair accessibility, fabulous food and knowledgable bar tenders.

Oh yeah and then there's the music: Dance to songs made famous by Bobby Darrin, Peggy Lee, and Frank Sinatra with vocalists Glenn Chipkar, Vivianna Castell, Larisa Renee and Trio Bella. The band perform a few sets between 8pm and midnight. General admission tickets are $50 each (seating is first come first served) and VIP tix are $100.00 and include reserved seating and a three course dinner.

This is a rare opportunity to enjoy a concert at Lambton – a private golf and country club that was founded in 1902! In 2001 they opened the new club and the acoustics work perfectly for jazz concerts. The ambience food and audience are something everyone should experience – but this is a one-time invitation.

June Garber and her excellent band will perform jazz standards (2 forty-five minute sets) and you will be able to pick up some of her recordings at the show. June is originally from South Africa and has toured North America countless times – in fact, she's just returned from a show in Florida with John Lamb (Duke Ellington's bassist) and is at the top of her game right now. Jaymz Bee has been booking music for Lambton for six years and is thrilled to emcee this show; the first opened to Bullhorn readers.
