Inanna "Goddess of Heaven and Earth" is a multi-media dance musical crossing culture, gender and time taking the audience on an erotic journey to the ancient world of Mesopotamia 7,000 year ago.
Mesopotamia was home to the world's first great civilization, the land of the Tigris and Euphrates river valleys. Thousands of years ago, there was a Sumerian Goddess... Inanna, the Goddess of Love, Fertility, and War. Her stories and images were carved in stone and clay... they sing her verse to this day.
Choreographed by multi-talented Joanne Camilleri, she and her dancing priestesses perform to the music of Chris Hall and his band of gypsies against the backdrop of interactive art film produced by Keith Holding.
